You’ll receive an email with your confirmation number when you submit an order. Then, within 1-3 days, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking information.
If you’re in the U.S, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days.
What happens if you don’t like ?
If for any reason you’re not into your bar, needless to say we’ll be super bummed. But don’t fret, we stand by our products.
Simply email us at “email@example.com”with what went wrong (really, we want to know). We’ll send you a return label so you can send us back your used or unused bar, and we’ll give you a full refund minus the cost of return shipping to your original payment method.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
- Items eligible for return must provide proof of purchase directly on nolecare.com. We are unable to process returns on Nole products purchased from other retailers.
- This guarantee only applies to shampoo and conditioner bars.
