What is our return policy?

While we fully stand behind our products, we understand that trying solid products can be new and challenging. If you've tried a product and didn't like it, please send an email to our Miracle Workers at customerservice@cocowash.shop, and we'll assist in resolving any issues you may have. If we can't resolve the issues with our top tips and tricks, you can return the product(s) to us for a refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for our return policy, the product(s) must have been purchased directly from our website (coco-wash.com), and a valid proof of purchase must be provided. We monitor return activity to prevent any abuse of the system and reserve the right to limit or deny unused returns in all cases.

What happens to returned products?

We never resell returned products and simply compost all returns due to health and safety measures. Please consider the environmental impact when choosing to return products.
